let's wait for the result of wk #1 in next 2 wk..then we shall have clear idea which merchant qualify for the 12%cb. I paid online maxis/unifi/astro in wk 1 on monday morning before 10am.

I also do not notice any CB at unbilled transaction. I did 4 online transactions on monday.
