can I ask for the weekly cash back if you do not get will you still see on the unbilled transaction for zero amount?

I registered sms and got successful reply on 12 september and have used the card every monday 22 and 29 sep on things other than dining online groceries that earn 6% but till now did not know if I win or not because online banking only have my unbilled transactions but did not show any cashback or win.

recently I did not get rebate at isetan supermarket and dining. I called cs and they say isetan supermarket or restaurant is registered under departmwntal. Same goes for Aeon Big also under departmental.

Ha ha.... outcome is the transaction follows the mcc code and in my case 1utama isetan floor with the japanese restaurant is classified as departmental. Its in the t &c they say. Transaction classification follows mcc. My hotel f&b transaction also classified as hotel accommodation because even though on slip says f&b (also captured in pbb sys as f&b)but the mcc is hotel accommodation.

If anyone use wise at 1utama isetan rest will get 10% dept category I hope.
