Has anyone paid AIA insurance policies via AIA website, and get 6% CB?
Called up CS 1 to ask via Signature hotline, he says All Insurance Transactions has no CB nor points. Called up CS 2 to ask via general card hotline, she says Yes CB for insurance if pay through website.  This post has been edited by jhlou: Apr 14 2015, 11:27 AM |

You have to register yourself via AIA@My Service. Then you will see Online Payment button.

I applied yesterday.
After click Submit, should have pop-up appearing for you to print the application form. That is what I thought also, coz I'm jumping ship from Ocbc Titanium and saw this card.

Mine has been approved.
14/4 Emailed application form 22/4 Emailed again complaining system still no record 23/4 Hotline IVR says application in progress 29/4 Hotline IVR says approved. Just to confirm, for people holding both VS and M2C card.
If the shop does not accept Amex, the best is to swipe VS card in terms to voucher redemption? For VS, Aeon RM100 needs 21800 VIP points For MBB, Aeon Rm100 now needs 40000 Treat points after inflation. |

Go to aia.com.my, register for My Service account, then pay premium online.

I had the same experience. Please look at my earlier post (by emailing them) on how to speed up a bit.

Isetan KLCC supermarket is categorized as Departmental store so it is not under Grocery 6%. |
