That's er my biggest scruple when it comes to purchasing a guitar,
especially if it looks to nice like an art display
i'd be spraying perfume on it and wipe it with cloth every single day baybe! (true story)
its kinda hard to find the middling kind of guitar that looks sweet but you know, ages well espeially if you frequent lug it around to jam studios (which i don;t do that muh anymore).
maybe a les paul would do, but eh i hate the shape lols.

Yeah I think I should've gotten the F-spacing one. I thought F-spacing is just for Floydrose and Floydrose only.

P-rails are awesome, variety of tones. But finding the sweet spot might take some time. But then again, maybe that's because of the wrong spacing.

maybe try diff narrower saddles if can to reduce the space? but too much hassle, better just sell them off and buy proper f-space.

A long time ago (in the 20th century, actually) the electric guitar
world was divided between Gibson and Fender designs. One of the
differences between the two was string spacing. In general, Gibson
chose a narrower string spacing at the bridge than Fender, and
therefore the polepieces on Gibson humbuckers were closer
together than the magnets on Fender pickups. When guitar shops
started installing humbuckers in the bridge position of Strats, it
was obvious that the strings didn’t line up with the polepieces, and
if the E strings were too far outside, the sound could suffer. Our
first humbuckers followed the original Gibson spacing, and we call
them standard-spaced. When we released our first humbuckers
with wider spacing, Floyd Rose bridges were very popular. Floyd
string-spacing is the same as Fender spacing, so we naturally
called the new pickups F-spaced.

just installed the tonezone into my guitar.

its regular spacing so the poles are not aligned properly.
i didnt notice any volume drop between the strings

lil less output compared to stock dimarzio/ibz and no moar ear bleeding treble.

now she screams from 'wwaaeeeh' to 'ahh' and a lil bit of 'uhh' when i do heavy pentatonic bends on her.

looking at that pic, the issue is more of your low E being too close to edge of board.
so either ur pic not shot headon, or ur bridge saddles out of alignment...

looking at this also, if the pic is really shot headon...
f-space also wont help u...since diff between regular pickups is 3mm and from that pic the diff look like at least 6mm.

anyway, what guitar is that? doesnt look like typical fender pickguard?

Low E string doesn't give me problem at all, though I must say you are right, it seems very close to the edge of fretboard. I guess it's a good thing for me because it's easier to fret it using my thumb that way.

Saddles aren't stock, they're Graphtech. I forgot how's the spacing like using stock saddles.

It's a MIM Tele Deluxe.

I assure you they are big volume variations on every string, especially on cleans.

I actually love the idea of the p-rails (hybrid humbucker) but never like the look of them.
Makes things (like your situation) hard to solve

I'm actually thinking of digging another pickup hole to make is HHH and then install Bigsby and then reverse headstock and then killswitch and then KORG Kaoss pad n then built-in Zvex Fuzz Factory and delay and then sustainer pickup and then piezo saddles with separate stereo jack. Urmmm, what else did I miss?

On another note, I just didn't like the sound of FWRH, hence swapped it together with the pickguard, and the Graphtech saddles are for longer lasting strings and to reduce tone over-brightness.

i have them in my collection doesnt mean i love them ar, the only gibson i use often is the es135, the lp stays in the case most times of the year

no sound from all pickups? check the jack inserts

Try taking out the jack and check the connections and the metal part where it touches the cable plugs..

Of course it could be loose wiring somewhere also, check the connection from the jack to the pots//;.

Imma replace the input jack with a new Switchcraft. If that doesn't work too, Imma give up and send it to tech LoL.
