I had the same situation before when i installed a normal spaced Dimarzio EVO in the bridge of my fixed bridge RG. didnt line up at all.

I actually love the idea of the p-rails (hybrid humbucker) but never like the look of them.
Makes things (like your situation) hard to solve

And did some shielding with aluminium tape. Now my guitar has no hum, even when i use the single coils. Probably gonnna do the same to my red strat next

The humming sound is probably a wiring/grounding issue

As for pickups, do you want normal, hum-cancelling or single coil sized humbucker?
check out seymour duncan or dimarzio. they make good pickups

Copper tapes are hard to come by in Malaysia. Most probably have to buy online

I used those aluminium tape found in hardware stores for my guitar shielding for my strats and they reduced around 30-40% of the hum
But i didnt add a second ground wire from the shielding to the normal ground because u cant/hard to solder on aluminium tape.

Went to Cash Converters Taman Sea earlier today and saw some nifty weird ass machine gun shaped guitars on the wall.

Got floyd rose, H-H config, suprisingly fat unfinished 24 fret maple neck/rosewood board, volume and tone for each pickup

All i can say is, it was super awkward playing it lol

Hey guys, I just bought the Vox Stomplab 1G today from Music Bliss for RM200.

All i can say its a bargain! The tones sound good ,you can wear earphones direct into the multieffect or use it as a a line out too.

any TGS outlets i guess?
