i'm seriously in deep trouble now. at first, wanted to OC but with no success...everytime i enable the cpu host control clock, it'll always go back to default setting and worst of all, enabling the cpu host control clock with default 266 also will cause the pc to restart at boot time.

now, even my windows cannot start because some files are corrupted.

i really don't know wat to do further...*depressed*

i'm having problems exactly like this thread here. anyone with any ideas?

wah...ram timing 5-5-5-15 kah~ owh ya..forgot intel one..heard that intel core didn't really got significant benefit if using tight timing...so then it can go to high speed oc rather than tight timing oc smile.gif

don't know izzit true or not..forgotten on the fact already smile.gif

Actually, he is kinda right. Clock speed yields more benefits than memory timings.

OT: Did you try disabling core multiplexing? What happened then? Did task manager show a single cpu?

Probably you might try 4.0-5-5-X 'cause your timing is too loose at that speed tongue.gif
I'm using Kingston ValueRAM single 512MB Micron D9DCN
