Isn't it just disabling one core when you turn it off? Try disabling it and check with task manager.

any one that manage to hit 3.15ghz prime stable for 6hrs let me know! dual pi or 3dmarks loop are not problem for me, but i cant make it stable prime.. so sad..

Perhaps waiting for the 775 RTM would enable you hit higher?!

he using ga-965p-ds4

i believe my mobo hitting the wall ady. max stable 400FSBx 7 & vdimm ady raise +0.1V while vcore on the stock setting. cheapo mobo wif OK laa performance laugh.gif

vcore stock..how bout vmch? it's not ur wall..sure can hit higher smile.gif i did review at xs and most of them hit the walls between 420-480.. but got 2-3 people max at 3xx :-s and 2-3 people manage to hit 500..
