I m not decide about to get Mod or unmod, i m just wanna know why this "3rod" happen, it is bcoz of hardware or software... can avoid from this or not..... since unmod also got this problem..... .. i m confuse now...

but there is other hardware failure as well.. power brrick,, thermal got "melted"

trust us here... better go for the 360 comes with 12 months warranty from msoft singapore... not shops warranty ok!

aiseh, got back my box from bro metalgrindsolid. 1st day tested ok. 2nd day test again kena 3ROD again. i think no hope la my 1st box

may i know what was bro metalgrindsolid's assessment of the problem? did the heatgun treatment resurrected it?

IIRC, ur set was upgraded with cool&quiet fans & pampered with 24/7 air-conditioning, was it not?


regarding air-con, maybe the cure is worse than the problem? a few bob posters with 3RoD was worried the excessive humidity in raining season finally tapaued their sets.

according to him, the fan might be the culprit also. yes its under air-conditioned all the time when playing.

Do remember that, when you have your air cond on, it's cold, but the moment you turn your air cond off, the room warms up. If the cold air hasn't escaped your 360 by then it'll condense and turn into water in your box.
