Yewlin, your melano is so cool!!! You try to breed them now?

I bought a ext. red from Bobby before. May upload the photo later.

Actually, there is also one lfs in Ipoh selling ext red but it was fast selling out. Two days and all sold out.

The blue fish is considered a delta (anywhere from 90 to 160 degrees) and a superdelta is anywhere between 160 to 179 degrees.
A halfmoon is exactly180 degrees while an overhalfmoon is more than 180 degrees.

Yewlin! That melano so chun man! I hope mine will turn out like yours. smile.gif

My RM25 Extended Red HM, it can spread to 180 degree at top form. Super aggressive:

Extened Red from Bobby. Cute little guy, only several months old.

Used to be HM but now super delta. His finnage is just too too big and burden for him. Really nice when fully flare.

You would not believe this is HM. Haha... This is the HM that got finrot and I cut off his fin. Now, the fin is growing back. Super active. Fiercest among the all, flare at ANYTHING, even food.

I got another similar to RM25 one, which died last month when I breeded it. The female shreded all his fin. I was so sad. That is my first extended red and its fin is FAR bigger than this RM25 one, can you imagine that? His fin size is more than his body size, he got difficulty in swimming due to the large fin. When it flared, that is a scene!!! So sad, I miss it....

Once u've breed hm for quite some time you'll appreciate it a lot if thier finnage won't grow too large simple because they can last longer. The larger the finnage is the heavier it gets and the earlier it'll turn to SD.
