Since I'm on CDR build the Condemn+BOP still works well for me though.

6 pcs akkhan with focus on CDR still much desired for continue spamming HF aka shotgun.
Permanent Akkarat champion with wrath regen rune will let u spam it continuous.
You need around 52% CDR for perma AC. I still 1 pc away to achieve 6 pcs bonus. Will continue to gamble on pant now since Kadala can give Torment Set pieces

Shattering throw is so broken, blessed shield without any runes does more DPS. this is so messed up. Unruned BS does 430% for all the main bounce while Shattering throw doesnt.

woo hoo just now tried run bounties in T2, clear all 5 bounties under 15 minutes... yes using shattering throw.

Tonight will tried using BS without any rune and see how. (or may be piercing shield)

Kadala, Cache. It's MUCH easier than before where the whole loot table is random and when a green boot drops you get a BT and not knowing when is the next green you'll see. With kadala, you will get it. Perhaps even more BT in between but you are only getting BOOTS leg from her until you see an akkhan. Good luck.

1H is not utterly useless I think, I was just saying you can still get 0 wrath cost (regen back) with a 2hander while throwing shields and get much higher dmg in the cost of lower ASPD. Which is why Fervor is there, the only thing 1Hand has in advantage now is ASPD, so fervor gives you ASPD AND CDR. They can compete with 2hander with a very different play style. I didn't test enough to know yet but I'll get my 1hander builds starting tonight.


Sidenote : BoP is still good. And there is a different type of BoP build now with falling sword and such. Basically you need to use all your skills then activate akarat's then use all your skills again. Then start spender-ing and rinse and repeat.

without rune, all your bounces including from jekang will get dmg bonuses form blockchance and 20% bonus from Towering shield. With shattering throw only 1 of your throw the 1st one will get bonus the rest is 170% constant.

Ok tried BS for 10 minutes before maintenance start:

No Rune:
- Strongest at the moment, great at melting down large number of mob. Work best with Jekang. (Even better THAN shattering throw!)

Piercing Shield:
- Noticeable lower dps for unknown reason. My crit was like 1 mil less when using this rune.
- Direct attack, need to aim, and need to find where the mob crowd for best effect.
- Knock back proc rate are high on white mob, sometime can keep certain tougher white mob in the air. (like executioner) However noticeable lower proc rate on elite.

I still don't have jekang, not sure how shattering throw perform if with jekang. In case it still perform high crit on first hit when paired with Jekang, I'll say shattering throw is completely worthless now.

Not a bug.

1. Original BS only bounces on 1 target and will not bounce back.

2. Shattering throw does not have the bounce but rather, is split into 3 BUT has the tendency to bounce back.

well its broken since with the dmg nerf, unruned BS does more DPS than shattering throw.

Guys is it me or akarat with rally rune is broken? It doesnt reduce other skills cooldown when active, not sure if they fixed it with 1 hour maintenance last nite tho
