QUOTE(wai1460 @ Mar 26 2014, 05:21 PM) will need sometimes to detect others fault. Current find out: 1) Car when moving applying brakes got humming sound 2) Front left passenger door side noisy when moving on uneven road Both of the problems don't seem normal to me. Perhaps you should get that checked during your first service. This post has been edited by YouDontKnowMyName: Mar 26 2014, 08:35 PM

QUOTE(rOnnyJustrOn @ Mar 26 2014, 09:15 PM) If I recall correctly, you posted a video some time ago showing your open pod filter and the turbo boost sound right? How much did the modification cost? and can the sound be turned off somehow?

Can't turn off la. it's boosted.

Means everytime step on accelerator got that boost sound Was thinking of modding it to my unit, but worried that the sound might get annoying after awhile lol

QUOTE(sKypRiNcE734 @ Mar 26 2014, 07:42 PM) Also don't forget to warm up your eb since it's turbocharged.Straight start the engine and go will damage the turbo ball bearing.Price of the Turbo is 6K. Start and let the engine warm up for atleast 7minutes or 10mins. never knew this, tq for the advise.

QUOTE(wai1460 @ Mar 27 2014, 11:08 AM) need help again, How to set those L/km? Seems pretty confusing Easy, make sure right panel show total km by press odometer stick repeatedly; Total KM > Trip 1 > Trip 2 > Total KM. Then Press odometer stick for 2 second. When left lcd panel blinking, just press it repeatedly until you find it. Another advise, open your manual book.

Any turbo are very easy to become hot as it use gas engine outlet to spin the turbine inside...

Start and let the engine warm up for atleast 7minutes or 10mins. 7-10 minute abit too long. If we all not aware, CFE engine got oil - water heat exchanger. Regulates oil temperature in line with the water coolant temperature where they both maintain the same equilibrium temperature. This is good during cold starts when water heats up faster than oil making the engine oil temp heat up as fast as well. Hence better cold starts. Also oil temp won't exceed the water temp as they maintain the same. They heat up and cool together. Source: https://www.facebook.com/TurboOwnersClub/po...594139457349664
