Welcome to my club  biggrin.gif
I had this similar problem...

My ride is Jun 2012 model and initially it had this jerking problem (and once in a while in slow driving, mostly in traffic jams, could feel like a big gear slip sort of feeling, eventhough this is gearless  sad.gif ), and they changed the OCV for me but as the problem persists, they reflashed the ECU and TCU and the problem got resolved.
Then, exactly one year later the same problem started again so I had to bring it back and got resoled after they reflashed (or updated again) the ECU.

My car is having lot of electronic fittings as I changed the whole Alarm system to 'Easycar' which comes with the Keyless and push button start etc, and Auto Wiper, Auto light etc... So always when checks for error codes, it shows Immobilizer errors which SC always complains  icon_rolleyes.gif,  so I thought that the ECU updates somehow have got reset due to some overwriting from one of my additional fittings. Anyway the SC in Singapore is kind enough to do the update free for me.

After the updates, the jerking is gone but still have some issues if I Reverse and forward a few times in fast speed..... which I can bear  notworthy.gif

Mine is march 2012 ride..was having same engine jerking issue, got the OCV c/w new sets of cylinder head changed and was running okay after that.
The engine was running okay for a year plus, then after a while the jerking problem comes back.
Yes, had the ECU/TCU reflashed (and guess what, I got it reflashed for 3 x)

Till the SC tech. advise me to allow some few moment before we shift the gear. In another words, try not to select Reverse/Forward in fast mode. I do practicing on the shifting and the engine react smoothly and think because of the Gearbox characteristic are such in which requires these. I was on Petronas all the way until they ask me try pumping in variant fuel brand as a change. Actually im experiencing some result during cold start. Well, im not sure how is the fuel quality at your side but no harm trying.
