i insisted to get the HL LB version and even threaten the SA that I do not mind changing another SA if I dun have the colour I wan. He wan to clear the VR Gen2 so was telling me how great the red looks and etc. But then, with the fleet of the VR there after dunno how long, the rain and dust on the car, u think sights like that are convincing???

Eh, the red color is striking what... How come the sales of that particular model is not doing well?

And as for filling up the tires, isn't there a little sticker at the driver's side that shows the ideal air pressure for both the front and rear wheels? I normally pump my ride's wheels by following that level...

Tyre pressure....

See side column at the door.

Front Tyre :- 210kpa
Back :- 190 kpa.
[SIZE=7]

This is because the weight of car distributed at 60 : 40 ratio.

yeap.. .red karer is striking and I'll only choose that if me driving a sports car... The Gen2 in black for me is better than the red. biggrin.gif

As for sellable, I think most of the youngster who bought the car from that dealer preferred black to red.

Hehehe, the WRX always looked nice in blue as compared with any other color... laugh.gif

And the black Gen2 is definitely one of the better-looking ones around... Thats y my bro did the spraypaint on my ride, which was originally grey... Even my gf said that the black color is much nicer than the grey one...

well, the discussion is more on less based on the acceptance on the parties who's involved in the discussion.

Check around some threads and you'll understand wat i mean.

What I wanna get is something easily accesible in JB as my location is not like KL where there's everything...

cheers.

y say KL got everything? if yes, they r definately more expensive.. i prefer JB cz can go SG there get cheap ICE laugh.gif laugh.gif

btw, since our chasis is strong enough.. i don think so that those bars r necessary as in g2c discussed, in long term it will make the scretching sound.. as for UR, they r too good cz they r too strong till it bend the chasis..
my preference is better not to put 1 cool.gif

there is definately diffrence with installaing the bars...if u want to put just go ahead.....if u really one UR also is cool as of course there is a diffrence between UR and zenden... but zenden bars also can flex with the car thus not causing ur chasis to bend...so its ok but not as good as UR... the choice still comes down to individual . definately recommend Strut bars as u can feel the difference and i think it also is for safety... just my 2 cents.

shackks,
i really really really recomend u not to use UR 3 point bars. these bars are not chasis friendly. if u are driving 100% on track then its fine but on the road with potholes and stuff.... no way ur chasis is going to take it in the long term
i have seen a waja's firewall crack becoz of overstiffening.

have u heard of metal fetique (dunno how to spell la), the more stress u put on the chasis the less time it will take to break. so some ppl will argue that the 3point will actually stiffen up and not make the chasis bend. its the wrong concept. actually what u are doing is making the chasis more bittle. fow example harder thigs will break more easily than softer things.

for road use. i suggest u go get zenden or hotbits or any other reputable ALUMINIUM bars as they allow some degree of flex. yes i know what u are thinking and why would u want flex when the purpose of adding bars is to stffen the chasis. u would want some degree of flex so that if u hit a pothole. ur car will still have some room to play with, while stiffening up the chasis in smooth corners.

i really hope u take my advice (stongly)

i am using bars up front and rear, the front will do a lot of difference, the rear, got money then put la... smile.gif

there is a reason why alu is chosen over steel...

bekoz of its flexing capabilities... thats why zenden chooses alloy over steel. if not i don't see any idea why zenden does not replace its material in order to drastically reduce costs.

to say that zenden not as good as UR.. well..... speechless.

if there's one thing UR is far superior than Zenden... it would be the marketing.
