I just compared the Bios oc menu with the manual come with the board.

There isn't the option of "Hammer CPU Multiplier" as stated in BIOS.....

I think inside the manual is for illustrate purpose only; there is one option that could let you to change the multiplier smile.gif

If so, 6100-am2 does have it the first released bios.

ya....that what polygon tested...
I just gather info from his post.

Still, I stuck at cpu 9x multiplier. No "Hammer CPU Multiplier".
And my temp decrease from 45c to 25c.

I'm using T-Utility Hardware Monitor that comes with the biostar CD.

It show 25c. Shouldn't be software error after I flashed the bios. (I assume).

T-Utility gave me 'wacko' reading.

Use CoreTemp, it's more accurate.

Speedfan uses hardware sensor

CoreTemp reads temperature direct from the die.

that link has been posted before..
if u check this.. http://www.vr-zone.com/index.php?i=3738
it mentioned about 'pencil', i'm not very clear how to do it.. just connect the point?
pencil trick maybe do not need solder.. anyone has clearer guideline..
other thing is not really sure what vdimm been set after pencil it..

@tachlio
Asus already released 0304 bios.. claimed solving memory compatibility..
donno solve the vdimm prob or not.. not try yet.. have u try it?
