QUOTE(allenultra @ Aug 27 2006, 01:19 AM) I just compared the Bios oc menu with the manual come with the board. There isn't the option of "Hammer CPU Multiplier" as stated in BIOS..... I think inside the manual is for illustrate purpose only; there is one option that could let you to change the multiplier

the latest bios without cas latency.... tried the latest bios from biostar website, not found. using CR51A505RH9(recommend by polygon) now which is OC version and not found too but then got bug, lol. temp decrease from 45c to 25c. and soulfly, u said 6100-am2 bios isn't as good as tf550 because of memory timing/drive strength setting? If so, 6100-am2 does have it the first released bios. This post has been edited by allenultra: Aug 27 2006, 12:20 PM

ya....that what polygon tested... I just gather info from his post.
Still, I stuck at cpu 9x multiplier. No "Hammer CPU Multiplier". And my temp decrease from 45c to 25c.

I'm using T-Utility Hardware Monitor that comes with the biostar CD.
It show 25c. Shouldn't be software error after I flashed the bios. (I assume).

Speedfan uses hardware sensor
CoreTemp reads temperature direct from the die.
