2-3ghz cpu enough already.. good gpu will affect more on gaming..
7600gt is ok.. but if u can oc ur 7300gt maybe can save ur budget..

I bought the 7600GT cos my X1300Pro was so weak. I suppose you can play all the games, just how high res and detial you want only... my monitor is 19" so I got a better card to play higher resolution...

If you don't mind spending a little bit more, I would suggest that you get DFI Infinity UltraII-M2. The board is quite flexible with high HTT speeds and overclocks quite well. The NF4 Ultra chip is quite mature as well. The only cons is just that the mobo looks plain, and no guarantee of SLI-modding (depends on chipset revision).

The TForce550 in the other hand looks nice and clocks well, but with certain limitations. For example, the current BIOS releases still have bugs especially with memory dividers. Sempron seemed to have not much problem, but Athlon64 has. There's not much issue if you run everything at default though.... at least none to be found personally by me. The only downside is just that the DDR voltage maximum is only 2.2V, unless you do some minor mod (refer to hardmodding section) which the board can support up to 2.4V safely. Excessive modding will be exceeding the board's circuitary limit.
