AMD 3800+ X2 Windsor
Biostar TForce 550
Samsung 2x512MB DDR2 533Mhz (incoming)
Stock Fan Cooler

bought yesterday but havent test it yet coz waiting for my cheap DDR2 533

really have a tight budget.. only can afford 533MHz oni
for me, its worth upgrading from my old system la bro..!!
googling around and its a really big jump of upgrading

same spec with me except my X300Se and DDR 533(incoming)

planning to get 7300GT, coz it is low budget but performance also not bad

coz this x300se is the super low end in pci-e gc family

yeah.. my case (at viewnet) first ly i only ask about the proc.. than the seller seems like blur-blur and said want to check the stock first (but it seems like he 'malas' want to check the stock) then i said wanna bundle with mobo, then he quickly check the stock with the computer there and said 'ya, ada stock'.. after that, he take the proc under the rack there.. 'they 'sorok' the stock only..!!

i think they r not shortage stock but they will sell if u buy bundle with mobo..

i think its enhanced series coz from the website dont have value series on DDR2 800

but viewnet sell Mushkin 512MB 667 around RM180 i think, just add RM5 from corsair.. wonder which one is better...

if the performance really good, for me its worth spending on it.. but if just lil bit.. then go for kingston

the board has 4 Dimm Slot
from the manual i read, it said the system will run dual channel if put the ram in:

Dimm 1 + Dimm 2
Dimm 3 + Dimm 4
Dimm 1 + Dimm 2 + Dimm 3 + Dimm 4

wat i wanna ask is, whether i put it in dimm 1 + dimm 2 or dimm 3 + dimm 4, it still running single channel.. izzit bcoz of ram??

yeah. i think so.. my old socket A run dual channel with kingston n apacer ram

OC Speed = 240x10 = 2400 MHz
VCore = 1.328v
Ram = 512MB Samsung DDR2 533 oc to DDR 600
Vdimm = 2.1v
Bios = Latest bios download from biostar site

All i can say, my system rite now is rock solid stable

Edited : Forgot to tell do multitasking while priming my proc.. as stated at picture..!!

i believe that the vcore is correct coz check with all software (cpuz, speedfan, amd software, etc) all give the same vcore..

i never try oc higher coz scared when looking at temperature

i thought the vcore2 is the chipset voltage.

my board is biostar not asus

coz my majority i look at bios, cpuz, other software, around plus minus 1.32v

waiting for update bios..!!

anyway, whats ur proc stepping??

any tforce 550 user had problem in temperature and vcore accuracy??

i check at bios, Core Temp, Speedfan, TForce Moniter, etc...
it seems that all the reading cannot be trust at all.
any idea?? this morning, i just update my bios to the latest.
