Im still not sure of how strong demand is in MSU... but i think they are building a hospital la so can target doctors..

is this project affected?

the river snaking around avenue crest area before crossing underneath federal highway and to the right of MSU have always been quite high everytime a heavy downpour occurs.
and the intersection to giant used to be flooded as well.
has the situation improved? else how are menara u1 and emira residents going home if the road is flooded?

boss i also wondering.. i know both avenue crest n sec 13 area always flood.. in oct azmin said they will fix the drainage in sect 13 to reduce flash floods.. anyone nearby can comment?

i jus checked instagram n section 13,7,22 was or is still flooding...

i saw pics of water rising near the stadium..

Emira is on hill side. not much potential impact on the site.

i think normally the places in sec 13 which are prone to flooding are the traffic light in front of tesco extra and the road between tesco extra and the new aeon. but i think there are 3 ways to get to highways like federal and nkve/guthrie from emira. can always go thru bulatan istana (i think that's what it's called) to get to federal.

im staying in seksyen 11. yeh both are close to emira. maybe im just being optimistic. but i do think think that the location is really good. i might be bias because im getting a unit at emira lol.

oh and i dont think laman sari was flooded.
