We appreciate your comment. I am sure you must had experienced something awful enough to spend your time here repeatedly warning us. For that, i speak for most of, your effort is much appreciated. I am not happy with my agent and i am not happy with the security + amounts of lift allocated based on the crazy maintenance fee.

However, some of us had our minds made up. Perhaps the process would be more enjoyable (or less frustrating) if you would respect our decisions.

Guys I am first time buyer.. For own stay.. I don't have much budget and I am not a big earner too but I got bills to pay and mouths to feed like everyone else. So if this project ain't a good buy, I will be the first to smack his own head..

they didnt mention..i think can cover installment plus interest but mus absorb maintenance..
