Land title: commercial
Land size: approx 3 acre
Location: section 13 Shah Alam (next to newly proposed Aeon mall)

I just got some details and staff told that still in the planning stage.
Exclusive lifestyle with unique facilities
400 units service apartment with size ranging from (1-3 bedrooms)
Limited units of lifestyle retails units
Targeted price ave 450psf?? Hopefully if its true.

Location just in front stadium and coming up Aeon.

Anyone got more information? Anyway, I had registered and hope got more info soon.

Agree! However, u all can consider getting a unit from this project with some supporting facts:

1. AEON is opening its retail mall next to Emira in 2015;
2. Near KDU college (approx 7k students) in less than 6 minutes drive;

4. Tesco is also next to Emira.
