The EX5 mia FC good or bad? when pulas kuat, got asap hitam or not?

A well jetted carb is supposed to be harder to start when it is cold.
When you pull the choke, it will draw more fuel to get it started by burning rich. After warm up liao, then the engine will run smooth. Otherwise, maybe the carb dried up already.

Sometimes, poorly maintained bikes start easy for the wrong reasons.

For my RGV, when it was maintained well, every morning I need to pull the choke, just a bit to rich the fuel. It will run slowly to warm up... and slowly close the choke. Once warmed up, it can fly. FC is 180km per 5 liter and 280km on highway, better than all 4 stroke kapcai except FZ... tsk tsk tsk... Compared to other RGV, morning start one kick, but asap banyak, one tank highway jalan baru 120km.

I think the diaphragm on the BS carb needs to be checked.

A reason I think of, is when the speed increases, the diaphragm supposed to go up like opening throttle. But, instead, it probably juddered and caused a choke at a certain engine RPM.

Otherwise, if it does not cause too much trouble to you, you can safely ignore it.

hi guys! my current ODO is around 1,500km.

i would like to ask a question, is it normal while riding slowly (speed around 30-50kmh)...
- if use 3rd gear, i feel a little vibration at foot during acceleration/ deceleration
- if use 4th gear, no vibration (normal) and no problem even the speed < 30kmh
end up, i rarely hold at 3rd gear, that's mean either 4th or 2nd when it's really slow.

normally i put ard 800ml edi at max line edi~
averagely70-90km/h wen i to work at Lim Tayar taman tun~
but wen i to top speed once a while it goes down to 180-160kms per tank~ 

800ml max line ? u sure boh ... try start engine thn check again ...... 

1 pour 1L also no feeling berat pun ....   

if i leave my bike over nite n let it dripped to d last drop will take ard 900ml
but normally i do it fast n only takes 800-850 only~

would be 10w 50 or 15w 50 for mod bike

20w 50 too thick...
std blok as in LC or FZ, apa minyak pun ok, use for 5k tukar also ok, manual say is 2k la

Modded big blok for cap burung,for lasting change EO best at 1k, not more than 1.5k

thanks to Tim shark blok, this yr overhaul 3x...and of cos too long change EO

now with UMA, today oni run almost 1.2k km....

shud be,

now change rear tire to 80/90 as really x dare to go faster with 70/90

today also send to service fork, change oil, oil seal, piston and etc

change EO and OF

n also change starter, starter 80k km also cant tahan with big bore....

plug in UMA reinforced starter.....  

now whole big all use UMA product.....
