you mean changing the sprocket size combinations? will do that when my sprocket 'finish' later sweat.gif currently i am enjoying 80-100km/h cruising ride only brows.gif my previous tank of ron95 lasted for more than 200km rclxms.gif

Haha, nice.
Not sure about change sprocket, but, if you want to try, use some formula on the engine RPM and gear ratio to determine the right sprocket so that the final gear is on over-drive (Engine RPM slower than gear RPM).

Monthly is 42 months, or 24 months? Better you confirm with the shop, otherwise you're being ripped off.
Yours is like plan 3 here: http://www.huatbingmotors.com.my/listing/y...135-es-5-speed/

What riding condition causes that to happen? Sound like incredible mod.

it happen when:-
-Quickly change gear, happen on every gear
-When suddenly want to speed up(full throttle) after maintaining at 120kmh(Engine rev increase but speed stationery)
-When riding with pillion

is it sufficient to just change to racing spring or i really need 5 @ 6 spring clutch housing?

no incredible mod la..still can use electric starter.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

my bike is just 3month old...this problem is due to my upgrade...maybe stock clutch spring cannot withstand the torque...its time to upgrade clutch part i guess...

replacing the small clutch plate to standard size, whats the pros & cons?
