A few friends of mine are working inside cg but some of them jus resigned from it recently...maybe they found jobs with better learning opportunities...i would say u have to prepare for OT life if u r the one who handle the project thing but i cant comment much on other things as im nt working inside...jus hearsay from my friends

it doesn't matter la where you work, everywhere in the world there will always be managers or bosses who have shitty attitude.. it depends on your luck too, some departments have very nice boss, some not so much.. all are same, whether MNC companies, local companies etc.. it's part of the job that you have to face.. just that if the boss is physically harming you or resulting you in emotional trauma then you need to gtfo..

Hi all. I'm new here. I would like to share with all of you about my painful working experience with DF ELECTRONICS SDN BHD located in Taman Kajang Utama.

I just recently resigned from my position at this company. I worked for more than 5 freakin' years there. This company is a true definition of "toxic working environment" !

I join the company in mid-2012. I enjoyed working there for the first 2 and a half years. In late 2014, they decided to hire some new employees (senior officers or something). Things went downhill from there on.

My salary was RM2400. For more than 5 years I've been busting my ass over there and I receive NO SALARY INCREMENT AT ALL ! There are no benefits either. Employees can only claim RM40 for medical. The working environment was terrible (water leaking from the roof every time when it's raining, there are rats inside the building as well). No culture at all. Some of the colleagues are backstabbers. There are some favouritism going on between certain colleagues and the upper management.

Not to mention discrimination, bonus and salary were given based on race, no work-life balance, very unhealthy workplace, no employee appreciation (awards, annual dinner, etc), some colleagues and bosses are unwilling to hear and accept employee's opinion.

For those who are seeking for a job, please do not even think of applying for a position at this company. EVEN IF YOU'RE DESPERATE FOR A JOB !

Those numbers are fake though. They advertise those numbers just to attract desperate job seekers.

The truth is they're offering less than RM2000 for all those position.

wahhh, but if less than 2000 means less than most fresh grads first job oo.

Working Saturdays half or full...how do u find it ? There are a few companies that i called up regarding working hours prior to applying and decided not to apply.
