You might think this is funny. In fact this is what's happening previously. I suspect it happened due to jealousy or revenge. I think management is either pyscho/revengeful type till stalk his employee until to this extent.

100% A NEGATIVE DYSFUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT and OPERATION IN THIS COMPANY.

I used to work in a place, where everyone screamed at everyone else, where you were verbally abused pretty much all the time, where the staff did seriously hazardous things, and there were zero safety standards. People were always breaking down from stress, breaking bones and stuff.. it was a war zone and yet there was a certain sort of pride in it, that you could do it and see everyone breaking and falling apart and leaving, and you are still here, and still sane, and haven't broken anything yet and the pay was Rm900 a month.

So yea, I wonder what his salary was, to be paid to do nothing.

I've learnt 1 thing that a company ended with BERHAD, not necessary a good company. In fact the "chinaman" BERHAD is the worst company to work with especially the kind small companies(sdn bhd) merging into Berhad or the family business (bro, sis)  running a Berhad company....

It looks good on outside but rotten inside the company.

Chinaman company to the max

No one can tell. I don't know also. Everyone knows company can do anything they want if they have evil intentions. They might want to revenge/ jealousy/ ....etc and normally this is usually done by the corporation/company. Chinaman management needless to say, probably they feel their ego and reputation got sabotage in a way. In return, they will harass you and push you down the social ladder. What happening now is only 80% of what you have read in the article but it did happen.

My advice is please take care and research on the company first. Do not enter because you have been offered a position in the company especially Chinaman family business company and if you do, please do a thorough research else you will end up like my friend.

I wished i realized about this chinaman company trend years ago. i already stuck about 5years in this chinaman company and they are quarreling for about 2 years already.
my head already starts spinning and i really want to get a new job

so moral of the story  AVOID FAMILY OWN BUSINESS, brings nothing but headache.  i have yet to find a family owned business that is worth working for.

the family business company has existed before malaysian independence, so i thought they can survive.but no...my chinese cliques many said when it comes to the 3rd generation,surely hancur
