the family business company has existed before malaysian independence, so i thought they can survive.but no...my chinese cliques many said when it comes to the 3rd generation,surely hancur

want to ask if this fit the definition of chinaman company? The main HQ is at belgium but the local branch is headed by a swiss GM.

Nonetheless, i am attached to the accounting side and because of our team consist of 5 people, i need to do all filing, GL, AP, AR, BS, PL and only get paid 2670 (2370 nett).

Obviously, promotion is very slow since only got 5 people and when i say i want to take unpaid leave for my ICAEW paper, boss straight away muka asam .

New comer turn over is very high. Currently only got 4 people working for less than 3 years but the rest is all 10-20 years with the company.
