My cash back platinum sub card have charge the RM100 AF. I called for waived but get rejected even for my principle card. Too bad and plan to cancel the card soon.

According to the TnC for the RM300 cashback promotion, physical required documents need to be sent by mail or fax. 'Mail' includes email? Or it shall only be like snail mail?

i am existing user of citibank cash back platinum.
just activated my citibank visa signature premiermiles card.

double confirmed with the customer service.
I will get my RM50 GST waived + RM600 AF waived + 2000 premiermiles points as long as I swipe 3 times within 60 days.

this is the same as the information given to me by the tele-agent when they offered my this card.

Yeah, really vry the fast. Approval fastest among all the cc i applied before..

My case, I sent by email only. Snail mail so troublesome..

existing citi card holder can get the CB like that, when applying for new citibank VS card? The t&C says only for new to bank customer.

That's what they tele-agent and customer service told me.
I called the customer service to confirm after I received the card as I saw the T&C stating the waiver is only for new cardholder only.

I double confirmed with the customer service twice. He said this is the product promotion....
If anyone can confirm again, that would be good.

i will do the same.

rm100 af+rm50 gomen fee = rm150 pa. add sub card = rm300 pa

users mostly get cashback values of rm20-25 pm, i.e. <300 pa.
it does not sense anymore to hold these cards w/o redemption points if they refuse to waive or rebate anything.
i hope they are not making a joke out of these cashback cards.

they hv been good in previous years. my anniversary coming up, will see what happens.
there are many cards out there w/o af, gf rebate, points and other goodies.

When you applied online, you get to choose your card ?
Or you only tick your desired card in the application form?

applied my Clear Card at 9/5/2014 at Masjid Jamek LRT station.
This morning received sms says that my application has been approved and the card will be delivered to me within 7 working days.

I ticked in the form. After that, citibank representative will call again for confirmation on the cc application.

I would said the clear card for buy 1 free 1 movie is awersome, because it is allow to buy on the latest movie. New movie release on Thursday and can buy and watch on Friday.

Bought for X-Men movie, it is only cost RM14 (RM7 per latest movie ticket) while some ppl are buying for RM14 per ticket

can only watch on friday ?

Buy 1 free 1 every Friday, GSC and TGV
RM 10 per ticket, weekends, GSC only

Yes only can watch Friday movie since buy 1 free 1 on Friday

Weekends is RM10??

I rather watch on Wednesday for RM8 or Friday RM7 per ticket..
