8 sep - afternoon, citibank call for verification and email the application form
8 sep - night, email complete application form
9 sep - citibank call again for clarification & product disclosure explanation
18 sep - application approved, pending sending card to home

i'm hunting for one time rm300 (16%) cashback this time drool.gif

already done that. still no respond.. very disappointed on how their manage complaint and customer request. They said the easiest way is to walk in to their HQ... it is the easiest for them but not convenience for me. Why I need to trouble myself to go to their HQ since its is their fault. mad.gif

Is it at 1st U get a CC from Citibank but their have Printed Your Name Wrongly Still waiting after 2 Month for NEW Card, betulkah...??? rclxub.gif

I apply CC through mid valley kiosk. but 1 week later, i receive a letter from the bank said the application unable to process due to lack of related document=.= . Call/sms the person who handle my application no answer...
