here the update.. after saying that I'm very disappointed with their CS and saying that hope they understand how they feel if someone spell their name wrongly. Plus I am saying that I will escalate this issue to Bank Negara if the problem is not solved since it's involved my Identity. And why I need to trouble myself to go to Citibank HQ since it is their agent fault at first.
Here the timeline
22/09/2014 - report to CS FB.
22/09/2014 - receive their CS call but miscall.
23/09/2014 - receive call again, answer and they ask verification document. email it to them.
24/09/2014 - they reply email said that received and forwarded to the PIC.
24/09/2014 - they call to verify the document and ask me to stop using the CC since they will block it and issue a new card. expect delivery of card within 2-3 working days.
Today (25/09/2014) - Login to Citibank Online. Check my Profile, The Name has been updated/corrected.
see it is simple... just take 4 days to settle.
