I double check again the slip. It's not Authorization Slip (like hotel use to issue to me when "block" certain amount). It's a Sales Slip issued by hospital.

I got my TP deducted when I did my Agoda refund. So my TP for my visa is currently negative

i know ppl will hutang bank money.
1st time know ppl hutang bank points.

I initially called CS to ask why the total TP at M2U does not tally with my record. She said, Sir your treat points for Visa is negative actually. So malu lol Then later on I checked with hardcopy statement, it is true

yup..luckily got amex cover

Negative points in will be shown as 0 point in Maybank2u. It wont appear as negative.

malaysia credit card dont need pin to use.. based on experience on trip to london last year.. i think it is europe credit card only that use pin..

You are right. Only accounts with a balance of 2,000 points and above will be displayed.

China CC also uses PIN.

I experienced that too on Amex for a merchant's swipe and refunded in the following month, MBB took back those 5x TP!

I just applied (master + amex)
Walk into branch, 5mins kao tim.
not even need to submit EPF or pay slip or tnb bill.
coz salary bank into maybank.
signed a simple form. so hopefully approve.

maybe my case abit different...
my refund usually from amazon and did not deduct TP...maybe different on hotel?

yeah, sounds like hotel will deduct the tp back but hospital or like yours (amazon) will not.

When i swipe at Hospital Pantai, i was charged deposit rm5000, then after final bill comes, there is a refund, both deposit and refund, I still earned 5X TP...so far, no deduction yet...finger crossed..
