Visa and MC by default need OTP to approve payment but I came across one website that is YES 4G doesn't need OTP for payment by credit card.

on par with other bank card...so better use card that have cash rebate..

i still strongly suggest to use AMEX oversea whether weekend or not because of 5x TP...can cover the 2.5% fees..

MBB have intro Ezycash 3.88% upfront..and 0% equal payment of 6 months. MBB will bank in the required amount into your SA. (emergency use or payment for CC)
