I've modified the M3U file for IPTV Simple PVR add on to include channel logos and make it EPG compatible with the XMLTV file generated by WebGrabPlus.
Channel logos and M3U file download. 
FTA_Malaysia_IPTV.zip ( 552.19k )
Number of downloads: 8379Unzip then in the IPTV Simple channel logo configuration choose Local Path and point it to the local folder where you unzip the channel logos. If you want to add to existing M3U list then change the tvg-logo entry to the URL of the channel logo and choose Remote Path in the config. Guys,
I just decided to try switching from MashUp to IPTV Simple PVR client. Any idea how to set up the EPG? I read something about using WebGrab+Plus, but it appears to be archaic that it needs Mono and all sorts of weird setting up, and it's also not available from Ubuntu default repo or any of the PPAs I'm using. |

Was able to merge it with xbmcil's m3u list, however, the current links for NTV7 an 1News don't seem to be working and also the TV9 logo file name in the logos folder should be changed from "TV 9.png" to "TV9.png" to match the code in the m3u list. Why every time I watch live matches between those favorate countries like now chillie vs Brazil so lag , buggering every few second? Tried few channel also same outcome, is this cause by the traffic of viewers world wide streaming same portal? Or is it my internet line problem?

Or is it my internet line problem? i observe same. must be the heavy traffic, not yr broadband. in naxi-x, can get many channels, the best are the australian, austrian, portugese, azerbaijan and italian ones. however, none is completely smooth all the time everytime. can be ok for full match or just 10min before the lagging starts. i notice it gets much better for the 4am match, pretty bad for midnight match. the same applies to other streams from other apps incl astro-on-the-go. been lucky so far for me, i could eventually find one working out of the whole lot. |
