Create it on a windows box and then put into a USB stick. Make sure your RPi is connected to a USB hub (powered type preferred). Plug the stick into another port on the USB hub and copy it over. You should then be able to ask MashUp to then load the file.

But if you can, install and set up SAMBA on the RPi instead. Then you can just access the RPi on the network like any windows share and drop the file there.

If want to use PuTTY, also can. Invoke "nano" once connected and type in everything. Check spelling, capitalization, etc. One little error can cause it to fail to connect.

Watch the video again, pause and follow step by step. I got mine working perfectly the first time. Yeah, 1channel is working perfectly on Gotham 13.1.

guys anyone using mediaplayer for xbmc ? currently im using Himedia PLayer Q16 but the xbmc kinda lag on it. the original xbmc is lagged so i have to use the external player to run the movies.

any recomended media player for purely xbmc usage only.

xbmcil = xbmc mashup ilive?

i had tried many channels... buzzy sports, kim05... no success.

the only watchable channels i found are in navi-x. check all the sports and mralwaysaway channels.

there are a couple of channels i watch as backup - one azerbaijan, one brazilian channels.



from what i see in xbmc and cloudtv, it is obvious that the "hounds" are hunting and shutting down whatever they deem no-no.

while i hv astroonthego as a backup too, i prefer china's cctv1hd which came with the android.

i am glad i prepared for this wc2014!

himedia's xbmc performance is unique, only himedia sellers and experts can answer that - becos the chipset is not on the xbmc supported list. best u contact your seller.

anyway, i never understood why users prefer to playback with xbmc and not direct with the native mediacenter provided and is good.

for me the only one reason is XBMC able to download the cover and synopsis, more over i can download subtitle when ever i want....

unfortunately the native player doesnt have such a options

Just incase you want local TV on your LiveTV, ive added 10 channels incl Channel U Singapore.

Bro, just a suggestion: keep the channel names for RTM. For example, 005 is TV-i (aka RTMi), 006 is Muzik Aktif, 020 is 1News and 009 is Parliament TV. Otherwise people don't know what they're picking tongue.gif

dynamic source for thai local channel,will keep update when i'm free
can work in mx player and vlc player,xbmc just try yourself.

Are you using your Q5ii? Live tv > CCTV1? I find if buffers too much, maybe sue to my connection speed only 5Mbps?

Nope, but you can watch ch 5, 8, u pre-recorded programs in Setting>AddOn> Mediacorp

Cool. Its works. But I dunno why yhe show listing just wont show out using android xbmc. My mac xbmc works fine.

It also fixes a few problems M4A music files. Gotham 13.0 has problems with one M4A I bough from iTunes Music Store (Billy Ze Kick's "Non Non Rien N'a Change", aka the MDK ending theme). Gotham Returns 13.1 fixes the problem.

Anyways, 3/7/8/9 is now back, but having bandwidth issues i.e. keep buffering every few seconds. Dunno if Akamai is having problems or my internet connection is congested atm.
You should first save the XML somewhere in your home directory. Then in "Add Playlist", select "Select a MashUp XML using Filemanager" then "Home Folder". You should be able to browse to the XML from there. When ask to set up images just press cancel.
