Mashup everything now. The new Super Search function is the bomb. It searches 12 sources including Icefilms.
*
Ok MashUp definitely not working on OSX.

Ive tried install on Frodo and Gotham, from both mashup.com and superrepo (yes superrepo has mashup addon too)

But confirm working on Window 8 on Parallel 9

icefilm indicated DC meaning disconnected?

Dailyflix is not controlling it HD Movie section, all sort of SD movies, CAM movies also being dumped there, similar goes to Mash Up

case-in-point : 47 Ronin is just crap cam quality,

It's been awhile back i watched 1080p 5.1 movie in XBMC, now all crap. 720p TV series also hard to find WTH is wrong with XBMC.

Their catagories all out. HD but put SD.

Nope, 47 Ronin I watched it last 2 weeks ago and it was in 720p HD in under newly added in Mashup. Mashup Super Search will find it for you as Ronin HD is now been added.

Ok for Mac users

Gotham and Marverick have so many glitches
icefilm not working
mashup not working
buggy especially extended display

Solution
1. remove XMBC on Marverick
2. install in windows (via parallel)
3. set parallel mode to coherence mode* so you can move XBMC to your TV while your mac screen is reading lowyat.

*in normal mode you need to move the whole windows or rather the whole parallel desktop to HDTV

Windows support upto DTS HDMA 7.1 sounds (tested on windows 8.1 Pro via parallel) using thunderbolt to HDMI cable

hi guys.. i hav a windows PC upstairs which is connected to my network (Unifi - 5mbps) via Wifi... it seems that while playing XBMC is kinda slow... is there anyway to tweak XBMC in terms on connection speed or something???

my other windows PCs connecting via LAN have no problem playing XBMC...
*
yes especially when XBMC is buffering or searching, not so much when playing. Face this problem too with my 10Mbps unifi.

Let me simplify the TV Streaming by using just MASH UP (without installing livestream - note : incompatible issues etc)

Open MashUP click Live Streams
user posted image

Go To MyXML

Click Add Playlist

Select Mash Up using filemanager

Create this XML file and save it as tv.xml
or whatever u like using notepad (win) / textedit (mac) - need this file for above step.
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Rename the playlist to whatever you want i.e Malaysia TV (if you dont have thumbnail/fanart just cancel when XMBC asks you to put)

Now click it and Walla

that text looked too simple... possible for a specific device?

anyway, nothing missed since the channels r common ones.

You need to add
CODE
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
on top

For those not using pc/mac for XBMC (i.e Apple TV2, Rasberry PI, android stick / box etc)

you can upload this xml file to your own server/dropbox and call it with url

Choose Enter a MASH UP XML URL or SET USER SOURCE for local
