between jogging and cycling, which one does more damage to our aging knees? I am about to google, but just thought there maybe some valuable input here coming from personal experience... Do share!

Cycling has less impact on the knees relative to running. With running, the whole upper body's weight is impacting the knee joints, while with cycling, our body weight is partially supported by the saddle.

However, If you want to exercise with less impact on joints, swimming is the best.
