The question on most people's mind, which foldable to buy?
http://www.bikeforums.net/folding-bikes/77...dahon-tern.html Interesting and factual read, you need to spend time with a foldie before you get to know the good and the bad of each .... I have 3 foldies ... Do test rides, one bike shop I know allows you to ride a B for 20 km or half a day ride. |

QUOTE(numbertwo @ Sep 25 2014, 06:34 PM) Hi... Cycling has less impact on the knees relative to running. With running, the whole upper body's weight is impacting the knee joints, while with cycling, our body weight is partially supported by the saddle. between jogging and cycling, which one does more damage to our aging knees? However, If you want to exercise with less impact on joints, swimming is the best. |
