Hi Foldies...

I'm getting the cycling poison and thinking of starting my cycling hobby with a Foldie.

Between a KHS F20-JJ or a Trinx FA2016...which should I be opting for?

The junk 6s RD took me 2 hours to tune for 2 bikes. vmad.gif
Am glad that it works wonder after tuning. So to those who want to get a bike for leisure or in park ride, I would say a cheap but safe 6 speeder is more than enough, otherwise if budget permitted, go for the cassette 8s.

I purposely chose steel frame because I wanted to bring my toddler along, the toughness, another reason is steel frame absorb shock better. cool2.gif
If you guys need to carry it around always, seriously not recommended, felt quite heavy when carrying.
But one special advantage for this cheap bike, its roll-able after folded. brows.gif

Today went out for a ride and purposely bang into stones and tiny potholes, oh yeah, just love it. 1.75 tyre and I pumped 50psi into it. Max pump-able is 65psi but I don't want sacrifice comfort for speed. Constant 20kmph no problem with current default setup and tried sprint to 30kmph it also felt stable maybe due to the weight. nod.gif

I can't find any differences with my previous RB except rolling resistance and of course the bumpiness, so don't ask me to compare with expensive foldies. Maybe I'm too newbie to notice the differences, so, just buy and ride guys! Enjoy your ride! icon_rolleyes.gif

Oh ya, this two steel horses able to fit in my kia forte boot with a little bit of overlap, if I'm going down south to KL one day, will join you guys for a ride! notworthy.gif

Roughly RM 500 each included shipping fee.

Looking good. 7-speeder? What rd and shifter?
*
Junk 6s tz20 RD and tx30 shifter... Aduhai... 7s shifter was written at the TB description there before, that's why didn't buy along with other part... Ishhh... but in the meantime use this 6s first..

Did you pay any tax for this?
*
Nope, by using sea freight normally able to pass-through custom.. and the agent also promised they gao dim it in case got any problem, so basically what we paid for the shipment is already "all-in" package. thumbup.gif
