If you've been using NJOI prior 28 April 2021, then you'll still be able to access to those SD channels and eGG Network for free as usual.
Only for those who newly subscribe/sign up/activate NJOI box after 28 April 2021, they won't have access to those SD channels anymore, and you need to subscribe to NJOI HD (RM15/month) to access more channels.

Then take good care of your NJOI box.

After the 1 year warranty ends (from the day/year you sign up NJOI), if the box spoil for whatever reason, then you'll have to buy a new one, and that'll consider as new sign up already, hence no free SD channels for you.

ic. my boxes are already very very old. one is at my parent house. original njoi box that is more than 5 years ago.

the other one is at my house. it is not njoi box, but i previously subscribed to astro normal packages and i cancel the service and paid rm50 (if i remembered correctly) to convert it to njoi service, it is using my astro box with recorder to watch the njoi channels.

I think NJOI not will give free HD channels

I use B.yond decoder, I register NJOI in 2015, some channels broadcast with freguency 11642 V and 12476 V had SCNA problem, I want to ask old decoder maybe is a cause of lead to SCNA problem?

Hah? Since October until now haven't solve?
My relative uses NJOI box, and he has no issues receiving channels from 11642 V and 12476 V.

What are the troubleshooting steps you've tried? Restore Factory Settings? Entry point 10732 MHz?

If you've tried Restore Factory Settings and still doesn't work, do this:
Press home>Settings>STB Diagnostics>Tuner>press Green button to start Transponder Scan
Wait for 1-2 minutes. Once done, show us the pics of the frequency list with the Strength and Quality readings here.

I think those SD channels still remaining after Jan 1 because TV Guide still have programme shows Jan 1

As I do not believe that RTM sets up something useful I hope there will be a NJOI offer as they had with Summer Olympics or World Cup.

Depends now if they set up special channels that are not included in the 30 hari - RM65.00 Sports Mega Pack

I am currently paying about RM110 per month to Astro with old beyond PVR box(the one with HDD).
I am on the process to go Legal Android box, I am thinking or in-the-process to cancel entire Astro.

But I giving Astro a chance to save itself, if I can downgrade using my same box only to watch AEC & CH 333 (I dont mind paying these 2 channels with low very monthly fees, I can sub for long term). I just dont wan to pay RM270+ on a new box, and I find RM99 conversion fee ridiculous too high with no hardware change.
Otherwise I think Astro can F themselves and get a RM0 from me.

So guys what are my options?

RM99/once vs RM270/once vs RM110/mth does not seem like a difficult decision to fuss over
