I read from somewhere that, Astro has opened Celestial Movies (322) for Njoi users too. Could you try it out, and let us know? And also, do try out Cartoon Network (616) as well.
Njoi user here. Comfirmed that Celestial Movies and Cartoon Network is now viewable. Both HD and SD is viewable.

Njoi has zero access to Astro Go or any video streaming services from Astro. Which means, Njoi users can only enjoy its free satellite TV, and nothing else.
UPDATE: Apparently, Astro now allow Astro Go app to literally any Malaysians to enjoy selected channels for free on Astro Go until 31 Mar 2020.
However, for non-Astro customers, you can stream up to only 1 device at a time. Unlike for Astro customers, can stream up to any 4 devices at a time.

thanks for crashing the county's internet, especially those that stream on mobile telco.

You rather see the country's Internet crashes, or people getting infected by the coronavirus? They really want you to stay at home, and they're finding things to make you occupied.
This one you got to ask RTM and Media Prima, not Astro. Ask them when they want their channels to be in HD on Astro.
Is that true? If yes, I'm going to send them an email. I suggest you guys to do it too. The more feedback they receive we could get HD broadcast for RTM and Media Prima channels on njoi.
According to Njoi's comment on their Facebook page, you can now subscribe to those prepaid channels starting today (5 April) on Njoi website, and also on CH200 from 7 April onwards. Source: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.8...903924800043237
I think Astro staffs are quite stress today, so they want to relive old memories with the long dead Astro Hitz and E!. Yet, those channels only available on Njoi prepaid somemore... https://www.njoi.com.my/njoi-prepaid
Yala yala.... copy paste somemore lah... And, Naura has become TV Okey? Own self declare channel change? I didn't know that TV Okey is one of the best Malay entertainment channel till the point it is part of Njoi prepaid channels.
Is Astro hiring? Their job scope is copy pasting stuff is it? If yes, then I think we should consider apply a job on Astro, since we all can do copy pasting job from home.

I heard that njoi will be terminated automatically if it's not used or switched on for some time. May I know how long does it take before Astro terminate it?
Darn, didn't know this. I've installed Astro NJOI for all my properties that I rent out. Would be weird if it's just a TV only. Thus, I added Astro NJOI for all of them. And recently my tenant informed me that Astro NJOI not working (rent for almost a year, didn't ask about NJOI. Once MCO start, then suddenly ask).
Wonder what's the period for them to deactivate. If they are doing it just for making sure database is updated, I think it should only be done once or twice a year.

if it's not on for 15 days then it will deactivate, but you can activate back
joshHD this method is still relevant today?
BTW,

Also, I got the info that
Now, if your Astro account got suspended/deactivated for more than 3 months, even if you manage to make full payment of the bill and all overdue charges are cleared, You will still have to wait until the MCO (partial lockdown) period is over, then only your Astro account will be activated/resume as usual. This is a warning to you guys. Otherwise, this is your punishment.
Call them "no humane, no sympathy, why do this at this point of time..." whatever you want. Once your account is suspended/deactivated for whatever reasons, that means no TV for you until the MCO period is over.
Go watch digital TV or Netflix or whatever you want. Your house no internet? Your problem.
-----
If your Astro or Njoi box is left powered off for too long (>14 days), a message of "We apologise for the service interruption." will confirm appear, and it tells you to SMS this to reactivate back. You are very likely to face difficulties to reactivate the set-top-box at this point of time, particularly during this MCO period.
I strongly advice you guys to power it up right now if you plan to watch it anytime soon, doesn't matter if you're using Astro or Njoi box. It is okay to leave your Astro box powered on 24/7, it won't burn off or cause fire (don't listen to those grandfather/grandmother stories), but remember to put it to standby mode whenever you're not watching. Of course, make sure your Astro box is placed in a well ventilated area.

It may be still applicable till today.
But if this happens, try SMS that one first. Or else, login to Astro ID at https://selfservice.astro.com.my/ to refresh smart card. If still doesn't work, you got to prepare for the worst.
my njoi decoder dies 2 weeks ago. no power on the decoder, power adapter fine. anyway to repair the decoder?
Wah, this question you ask wrong place lol... You might wanna find some repairman elsewhere to see if they could check for you and see whether can be repair or not.
If you tell Astro, you just pay the money, then they'll give you a new one.
