I've been told that affected customers will get notified via email that they will lose the 8 free SD channels, which it'll happen between May till July.
In exchange, only affected customers will be getting free 30 days access of NJOI Family Pack which is not automatically granted, and you must manually redeem/activate it on My NJOI app, and it has an expiry date on it.
