cheapest cost to fix this njoi is? got agent?

My njoi decoder is malfunction, bought it more than a year ago. How can I get a new one?

If you always switch on the decoder for short periods like a few minutes, after a number of times the decoder smartcard will be render blocked. Anyone experienced? Had this since a few years. Every few weeks have to ask them to reset signal.

Guys, channel 300 "Xi Yue" has been discontinue.

After kah lai toi, now xiyue is removed.

In the beginning there was lots of channel on njoi. Now becoming less one by one.

So in the end we are left with only RTM, TV3 and NTV7. Evem AEC is becoming half of GoShop channel.
Screw Astro for cheating consumers.

First, we got free HD Chinese channel 300 and free Malay channel 135......then both removed..........

The remaining free HD channel which watchable is......channel 110 Hello TV.......

Worse....those RTM, TV3, NTV7 and AEC are broadcasted by ASTRO in SD only.

Astro be like "If you not happy, don't watch Njoi. Simple."
Njoi users don't have monthly charges, so there's no complain about what channels they SHOULD offer.

Astro prioritises on paying customers than free customer is a very common practice for them. No need to feel surprised. You'll get used to it. Don't rely too much on Astro for TV entertainment.
