So did njoi viewer can also watch free channel?

Hi guy, if let say I top up for the njoi, but I don't subscribe it now until around next year (before new year). Will it be expired or duit hilang even through I don't subscribe any package in njoi channel list?

So is it mean that I must used up inside the balance within 1 year++ from the first time date I top up into the Njoi acount?

Ya, I know there is some balance credit inside (which haven't use) after subscribe any package.
I think astro should give the period of time (similar like telco) after top up, within 1 year should used up. Or else, top up again any minimum amount to stay your balance active again (avoid balance credit burn).

But I afraid although astro will sms you, but it's too late already. Bcoz sometimes some of company do stupid things within 3 days must used up your credit balance (e.g, you have RM150 balance credit inside) or else balance credit forfeited. The problem is how to used up your credit?

Just like some of the telco (maxis) do something silly one. Top up RM30, and then free 1GB data within 3 days, else it will forfeited 1GB data if you don't used up finish. 3 days how to used up finish? (Except of torrent download).

The old Njoi decorder in silver color is without HD. I think you unable to watch Maya HD or Xi Yue HD..

You can change to the latest Njoi Decorder with HD, but installation cost and decorder charges will apply.
This is because the outdoor dish is totally different with the old version outdoor dish already..

I think still can convert from normal Astro account to Njoi.
But I'm sure that there is a fee to convert, but no more RM99 already.. I guess it's around RM100 to RM200++ to convert..

So in simple word, no backdoor to go..

I just as usual log in to my account for astro self online after they update the portal system.

And realize under njoi plan (based on smartcard number) have like this RM 0.00 free channels.

I think have Korea pack already but need to pay RM 15.90 (30days).. It is almost same as astro postpaid, but njoi is prepaid.

Just wondering if the Njoi decoder faulty or damage, any expert technical teams to repair the decoder?

It is really pieces of shxx astro mentioned to re-apply all new Njoi package if decoder damaged.

Is it you means that you before terminate the existing Astro (commerical), then they just offer discount based on your package?

And again, you cannot terminate your package coz you renew the contract...

Haizzz.. I was wondering in the future after sales service for this Njoi.
It's seems like astro won't take responsible for this Njoi package..

That why I backup plan to subscribe the astro family lite which is only RM21.20/monthly..
The package almost same as Njoi those limited channels, but just only extra channels such as KBS, CTI Asia and others (which I forget already)...

Why cannot?
Njoi can support the RCA cable (is RCPA or RCA - forget the short form name already. ) which include yellow (video), red and white (sound)..

But you might experience when you watch HD channels, the resolutions quite bad because yours is old box TV...

First time heard njoi will deactivate the account.
I got install 1 astro postpaid account and 1 njoi account with sharing 1 outdoor dish.

Due to previous online too much on njoi (but less on astro postpaid), one of the astro girl contact to house number ask the reason why you don't online astro postpaid quite long time.

I shoot them because there are too much tv advertising, and I only have 1 TV set.

How to tune both astro & njoi at the same time?

That is quite a high call rate if you contact to njoi.
Do take note their careline is not toll free with 1800.

It's quite headache one if you have been queued in the call waiting list there.

Seriously if there is a problem for your astro service, somehow I contact astro customer service, the call rate charges still borne from customers. Then what for this "customer service" function?

Last time I contact to them, I ask them to speed up to check my account info.
I call to you customer service, everything is "money".
Unless you ask the astro njoi call you back ur mobile number, see he want or not.
