where / how u all buy nexus 5?

There's no D820 and D821 ROM right? All custom ROM is compatible with each other?

the answer is most probably yes

the only thing different about those two models are the radio, other part is the same. and all of the custom rom I encounter so far does not have separate download for 821 or 820.

if you know how to fastboot, the only thing that are not exchangeable between d820 and d821 is the radio image.

I think the physical radio is indeed different. But the software for the radio seems to be the same. Google only hosts only 1 factory image for the Nexus 5. You see the the Nexus 5 is unlike Galaxy Nexus, since GNex has 3 variants for download.

Ive read somewhere the radio image not the same, but maybe he is also mistaken, tq for the clarification.

ya system.img, Recovery.img and radio are the same..

Anyone here the unit suffered yellow tint screen?
