anyone has problem with nexus 5 tethering?..

like once i turn on wifi tethering.. the 3g connection become very slow to none.. den i have to keep disable n enable the data to make it work.. and it might take very long or dun work at all.... =="

cuz u only unlocked bootloader.. but didnt flash su?.. did u?..

dam it.. mine really dunno why.. once turn on tether then straight like lost connection like that.. even on phone cannot browse d..

u guys not on stock ROM right?.. anyone on stock rom + franco can try n let me know? hope it isn't hard ware defect so suay..

ultra hybrid is the one with the transparent back.. so still can view the back red...

mini review on minuum after 1 day of using:

first off... to me.. i think its not a keyboard for noob to be able to master it by just 5-10 mins of using.. it needs practices to get away from the habit of qwerty keyboard..

pros:
- its really minimalistic.. so u can still view a huge chunk of ur message while u are typing.. compared to normal qwerty (lol the obvious)..
- it looks pretty cool.. probably ppl will not know how have you typed out your word.. and give you some wow factor..
- you can adjust the size of the keyboard slightly to your comfort..
- it learn new words as you type (like any other keyboard)...
- it has gesture that allow you to backspace, space, enter, voice, i think this is similar to swiftkey.. i didnt use much swiftkey before.. this is what i remembered.. (purchased but not using.. haha)

so the main factor is it looks cooler and save you space to view the long winded msg u are replying to..

cons:
- especially for us (my own assumption) that always use rojak language in our msg... e.g yalo, liao, meh, omg .etc
you need to let it learn slowly all the regular words that you use then only it allows you to type as fast..
- and to type in your own word.. u need to slowly drag left n right to choose the correct letter..
- i don't see any option to view own dictionary hence I am not able to edit words that I accidentally added..
- adding your own word isn't like swype and android keyboard..
- the import dictionary/contacts menu did not ask you to reconfirm if you would like to import.. but touching it will straight start the import process..

i will continue to use and see if i will stick with it for its coolness or will switch back to kitkat keyboard which i liked coming from swype..

I tried once long ago.. then i think i liked the layout of swype better that time.. since swype was the default keyboard of sII back then.. then I stuck using swype and nvr bother to explore swiftkey...

now i redownload and see.. hehe

edit: cannot see where to add own word in swift?.. enlighten me pls... =P

edit: and btw.. if their website cannot choose 32gb.. most probably they got no more stock... or they might have forgotten to update their website.. best is to call them to confirm this..

accident happens... touch wooooood...

i find it hard to apply SP on nexus 5 cuz I can hardly find the edge to match the SP... and the speaker grill (ops) earpiece is circle shaped..

so i need to really balance it then only can apply it in the perfect position.. where it will then not interfering most bumper in action...

i m using 310K ordered in JAN from japan playstore..

and i dun think there is any issue... my volume button is fine after a week of usage... my speaker loudness is decent enough.. and i prefer not to have the holes bigger that will allow more dust to collect inside..

and there are many post about the batches and the fix... i dun even bother to read those... as long as my phone is working fine.. i have no complains..

i dunno anything abt 02a... what issit?

talking about bootloop...

I also have some problem.. when the phone is abt 45C temperature..
if i try to reboot.. it will not boot.. and keep reboot...

I have to force shutdown.. and wait for it to cool down den only I can turn it on... anyone has this issue too?..

then I tried changing my language from English (U.S) to English (U.K) to disable the somehow cooler feature of asking "okay google"... then macam no more wakelock from it d..

but i just tried few hours.. need a day or 2 to test it..

thats becuz u use diztronic that covers the back as well..

there are ppl who use ultra hybrid and ringke fusion that has transparent back so the back colour is viewable..
