Open ur driver side door... Look at dashboard, most right edge, there is a lever to pop your car hood up.

lol i got 2 noise spot at cabin, driver door and left edge of dashboard, both can stop using 1 finger to push... plan complain to sc at 2nc service...
btw my fren's new beetle also got noise at B pillar lol

Its there la, a lever to pull one.

I think we can reduce the wind noice by blocking the air flow from underneath front bonet where there is a big bloody hole connecting to our A pillar.

Plan to diy and stuck something there to block the wind going through.

Do try to pop up your hood and look at each pillar... Damn big hollow space to create resonance.

since it's under bonnet i think should be can block engine noise more than wind,
btw did u think the rubber around windscreen which umw cut away will cause extra noise?

Had u all try to open the pillar? I thk got sound proof material inside.

Our engine undercarriage is totally naked, hence wind could reroute upwards into engine bay and pass through the hollow A pillars.

Im referring to the inner frame which you could see upon pooping up your hood.

i recently booked a vios J, but after reading all the posts, quite worried la.

hope all is well with mine.

i dont thnk all have problems, only unlucky ones have...or more probably differs with driver's attitude, high low demands and expectations.

touch wood. so far no issue from my G as some people had complained about their G.

it depends on what you expect from the RM77k that you've committed.

i would suggest that you spend more time and explore other models which falls in the price range; such as Ford Fiesta, Almera, City, Attrage, Swift.

i think there is some kind of treatment solution to this issue. Do try to shop around for it.

our J spec have this option to install aftermarket HU since the given bracket is a 2-din 20cm width design.
