it was really good. very low cabin NVH. Engine revving sound is very minimal unless you rev it up till >6k.

Handling is flex yet you can feel how well it stick to the road upon whacking corners. To make it more subtle, i installed rear ARB and front strut.

it was running on 215/45/17... then i changed to their famous Y Front rims which wears 205/50/16.

Still good grip and provide superb handling. It was 16' when its stock.

However, bad luck strike and i crashed it badly --> total lost.

I was really emotionally attached to this ride. The moment i crashed it... i was speechless... worst day of my life. However, it saved me. The strong chassis really served its purpose as high safety rating car.

since 10++ years ago my fren's altis already have this smelly aircon problem,
try avoiding by let the cold air fully blow out b4 stop ur car.

either close cold air earlier but remain fan when u reach destination soon,
or after stop car, close cold air and turn fan to max for few seconds.

My front lost grip and skidded upon hitting a wooden block.

I was riding 100+ at a 40km speed limit corner.

It's the hairpin corner from Kesas to Seremban Highway route, right after Carrefour Sri Petaling.

i already complain to SC... he said got customer change claim whole "drive shaft" just because of that sound but heartpain lah.. need to take out all things and install back..

i think if sounds persist, i wait for 2 yrs+ and claim warranty whole driveshaft. ha ha... good idea?

Sad to hear that... Bro, just my opinion... Try to think of your family n your precious one... I know the corner u mean, even I driving on the machine with stiffest handling n suspension, I not dare to going in with the speed of 80+... Unless I know how to drift...

Enjoy your new ride bro nod.gif stay safe

my friend was on 308T with 215/45/17 rubber... PS3.... nicely cut in and out at 100+. I was behind him... He's on fast lane, and i was on left lane.

Suspected hit a wooden block because my front wheel just skidded straight away when i'm about to make my turning.

Right after i flipped, within seconds the towMan is walking towards me from the highway. I was surprised by their "efficiency".

You guys becareful at "black spots" in around town area.

Peace.

yup, that corner is a bit danger...

i have the same experience with you... i was driving a myvi cut of from subang ss15 bulatan kewajipan heading to USJ... that road is straight road u know... i was at the left lane, suddenly saw the floor with some liquid and i thought it was water so i evade it... who knows another car flying from behind go over that liquid... spin and almost whack on my car... i force to ramp up the devider and the car which follow behind me lost control got turtled up (same case as you)... luckily his vehicle did not touch my car... sweat.gif

damage i suffer is front bumper calar.. front two rubbers puncture and rim dent... and yes, towman appear in 10sec... and i inspect the liquid... it is kinda like oil mixing with tar... f**k them vmad.gif

It was a lift off over steer? Lost confident at the OUTTER LANE(which is the left lane on the right corner). As and when you hear tyre screech(overspeed), strong understeer push your steering hard. So panic & jumped the gas pedal? Right wheel suddenly gain grip due to sudden lift off, car spun to LEFT due to right wheel gain grip. As & when hit the left road shoulder, poor Ford turtled.

Korek me if ayam wrong nod.gif

Hi, very sad about your car. Why you change to 16" from 17"? 215/45 17" not comfort?

Hello,

I'm driving a 2008 vios and I'm wondering if any one you knows what light bulb size is vios using? For both headlights and spotlights.
