QUOTE(Berserker @ Jan 13 2014, 10:14 PM) Finally managed to install the Toyota Double DIN player from Pioneer. Installing it was PITA especially unscrewing the bracket holder from the old player. Sound quality and bass definitely better than the stock player. The stock speaker for G spec is already good enough to produce the bass and treble. Streaming BT Audio from my N4 using Google Play Music and equalizer setting turn ON in phone can produce richer deeper bass.. The rattling sound at the dashboard is also gone after I install this player. bro, yours is G spec? how much is the player? and also if G spec, its an integrated player, the panel is charged separately?

Hi kenji1903, bought the player around 400 and already installed it Dec last year. Found the player in a Facebook VIOS group. I bought the double din casing separately from online site below during their sale last year. 12Volts

QUOTE(rexxx @ Jan 14 2014, 10:44 AM) Is it possible that when u change the HU,any disgusting sound come up from the dashboard due to not fitted well? When i disassemble the audio panel and other parts, there were no loose fittings to be found. Some cables were wrapped in foams to avoid any unwanted knocking sound or short circuit. I remember the rattling sound was coming from the dashboard and the car was park under the sun. Once i turn the aircon, the sound disappear.

Hi Henry217, Yes. Lovin the player after going thru ur post and PM. As for the V panel, what suggestion do you have to change it? Heard that some ppl wrap it with carbon fiber sticker. Urs already modified? Was thinking to buy the Thai spec V Panel before this.. This post has been edited by Berserker: Jan 14 2014, 04:19 PM

New series of Aikka moonlight (glows in the dark) plastiDIP is awesome haha Heard of plastidip b4, thought it was use for tire rims only. If its safe to be use on plastic material, then might consider that options. This post has been edited by Berserker: Jan 14 2014, 05:27 PM
