I've not heard about powerbanks killing batteries faster. The salesman who sold me my Z1 at Pyramid told me removable batteries tend to swell after time. The built in ones are the best. I don't know if he told me that to convince me to buy the phone, but I'm inclined to believe him. My 4 year old iPhone is still on its first battery and it still lasts. My old Nokia batteries all swell after a while, even to the point of breaking the catch on the cover.

Ori battery is the best no doubt, my 4 year-old SE vivaz's battery still work very well like new.

It depends how frequent you charges, my friend HTC Desire HD battery swell due to frequent plug-in/charging regardless of battery still above 20%.

battery will swell once it aged either by charging it or not even charging it. however my old Sony phone battery still working great despite charging 3x a day!

and what is so good about it is under the service test, the battery health test is still perfect like new capacity. however there was a time it deteriorate because I was charging with my car charger..

don't use the car cigarette charger like ever... it kills the battery. either use a powerbank or a main source.

damn...
my Nilkin Glass SP got a scratch, is a curvy almost S curve with jagged lines. hard to explain, now here is interesting part, i am not sure what scratches it by the time i notice it was already there. not too deep to reach the Sony Anti Shatter film but deep enough to notice through the black or white screen any angle.

after i saw the scratch, i tried using my car keys, coins, steel paper clips to duplicate it with hard pull or push against the screen, at any angle even vertical point and nothing scratches it. sad.gif

don't know lar what make that very thin fine line. i try to take a picture if can.

My fren brought Z1 Ap set from Directd one month ago, the firmware is 14.2.A.1.136 Generic HKG, can he flash the Malaysian version 14.2.A.0.290 Generic MY?

If he flash the MY Firmware , does he lose his IMEI no?

Earlier there are people report that their imei all set to 0 once they flash different country's fw from 4.3 onward. It was said it's better to flash back to 4.2 of the same country and then only flash other country's 4.3 fw. This is what I read in xda la.

But then nothing wrong with hk fw. I myself using hk fw for quite some time until I changed to the rooted fw

I've had a set of Z1 where other people tell me that they can't hear me, my voice somewhat muffled. Is it my speaker / mike?

I'm pretty sure it's not their phone problem because they've tried with other people and it's clear. It's only my side phone that has the problem. blink.gif

Anyone can help me with this? Pls and thank you.

Meaning to say that I need to reflash HK fw 4.2.2 and then only need to flash MY fw 4.2.2 or 4.3?
