For clearer, more vivid pictures

From low-resolution videos to high-resolution movies − with Sony’s latest picture engine, X-Reality for mobile, everything you see on your display is analysed and selectively processed to give clean, clear and lifelike pictures. Three unique noise reduction features work their magic prior to upscaling, while Sony’s intelligent display technology optimises contrast, texture, outline, colour and noise.
Blazing fast performance

The world’s fastest smartphone processor

We’ve matched the latest Sony software with the all new, super powerful Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 800 processor. This advanced Quad-core processor is 75% faster than S4 Pro and gives you maximum power and speed with outstanding battery time – run multiple apps simultaneously, surf the web with little loading time, and stream videos without a break. The Snapdragon 800 processor is asynchronous, which means each core is powered independently. So you get the precise amount of power when you need it, without wasting power when you don’t.

Updated some stuffs.

Here's how to auto-start WHITE BALANCE on boot-up/reboot.

1) Download an explorer (like Root Explorer or some others, look one for yourself, usually requires root as it needs access to root-required partitions)

2) Navigate /system/etc/

3) Find "install-recovery.sh" or "init.d" ; depends whether you're on stock or custom.

4) Add line below the file you've opened (with editor) " display_color_calib " without the quotes.

Save, reboot (after you tweaked your WB settings), to confirm if the auto-startup is working, tweak your WB to funny funny settings like MAX RED + MAX BLUE. When it reboots, your phone should look the same biggrin.gif

Updated the root guide. Update is on STEP 6. Changelogs will be provided.

Mean time, for rooting on locked bootloader, I'll sacrifice my phone temporarily for you guys tongue.gif

Will clean format my phone for a locked BL and all. Stay tuned for the update on Locked BL !

for now update a bit only.

lilzany, some other mods which may be useful to be added in 1st page.
all these mods need root and recovery installed

volume boost - significantly boost and increase the volume of your loudspeaker:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2476498

PureX Audio - said to improve the sound quality. i flashed it but since i'm no audiophile, need some others to judge it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2475549

Speed dial - add the speed dial option to Z1
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2473255

done and done.

*

But anyways, fast also no use, quota is so less.

In SG, I know people who has both 12GB and 4G, they can download at 60Mbps all day without having to fuss data quota

(4G plans no 12GB quota, only old 3.5G plans does)
*
yeah so fast also not use. when i tried tethering with it download can only reach 200kbps. it is obvious they are blocking something

Really? Which telco are you on?

In fact my USB tethering speed is faster than speeds I get on SpeedTest.net Android
