One thing that not highlighted often enough is that this phone has aptX. Means if you use bluetooth to stream music to a device that is aptX compatible, the music will sound much better. I'm using this with a Samsung HS3000. Works great.

I'm kinda disappointed with Z1's camera. Used manual all the way too. The pictures are barely postprocessable. Will there ever be RAW? =(

I am very interested with the Z1. The only thing holding me back is a removable back cover so that I can easily change batteries when the battery is no longer good. Is it easy to remove the back cover to get access to the battery? Or must I pay sony for that?

Hi guys i had bought my Z1 about 1 month ago, everything is great until 2 days ago i found that when im trying to unlock my screen, the whole touchscreen is not working, like virtually cannot sense my finger touch at all. The phone is not hang becoz the power and volume button are still working. in the end i need to use the force turn off (hold power + volume up). After a while i restart my phone again and the touchscreen is working.

The problem occurs once in a while and everytime i need to restart my Z1. this problem normally occurs when i am playing candy crush. Yesterday i cannot stand it anymore so i did a format and reinstallation by using the Sony PC companion. After the screen was ok for one day, and today the problem started again.

I am wondering anyone of you experienced the same problem as me? FYI my phone is on the latest version already.  i don't have many apps in my phone, just facebook, watsapp, candy crush... and some common free legal apps.

If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me? Thanks in advance.

How the battery for this phone ? Can last for a day of average usage ?

My Z1 battery drain quiet fast and when i use the camera to take picture, the camera app will be stop and a message will mention the phone is overheat so can't use camera? Any way to solve this? tq
