Bro, I do not how you come out this RM 750k pricing as the benchmark, but as I said, I can offer you my DSL unit with good house number at RM 699k after VP woh .... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Have you really explore Seri Pajam and look at their surrounding and commercial activity? Do you aware about environmental issue? Do you think they are building a township or merely housing estate? Do you know it is further ~ 20km down from Semenyih? Do you know if Seri Pajam residents want to consume McD for example, where they need to head to?

If you really understand all those, then you will know why you can't compare Seri Pajam with SEH... tongue.gif tongue.gif

They oredy bought the phase I. How come u ask the same ppl. Will they buy the subsale with 750k. Lu Ada biz minded Bo?.
If u ask me. I will say no coz I oredy buy in phase I with the cheaper price.

Most of the time I drive ~ 90km to and fro from working, RM 80 / week is about my fuel consumption woh... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Once the lekas link establish, you will face very less area with jam condition, until you reach the Cheras area... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Lai lai..mega sales bargain..i have one unit for 688K only tongue.gif sorry, have to potong your jalan..coz our friend think 699k is too expensive..or maybe too cheap for him??...if he willing to pay 800k also ok..haha

imagine when the whole project complete, with the ecoworld come in...the whole area will give a very refreshing eco green township feel...nowadays ppl dun mind stay further but more concern on the environment.....

now the trend is the mid end condo/apartment at city area will fill with foreign worker/students/single working class...those mid and high end income family will start to shift to high end condo in city or landed at outskirt area.....
