Pros and Cons la.. Ecohills depending a lot on Lekas, more toll to pay.. semenyih trunk road pretty jam, but you guys got it cheap..

Trop Heights, Kajang 2 and N92 will have better access once a new flyover is built towards persiaran BBB, toll free uptil putrajaya and cyberjaya. also Kajang 2 connects to Silk Highway, easy access for N92 and TropHeights..
A propose KTM in Kajang 2 that connects to MRT.. K2, TH and N92 will be benefited with 1 international cum private school in K2, 1 chinese school in K2, and 1 more propose school in TH.. there will be shopping mall and commercial in K2 and TH.. synergy with existing township, kajang town is just beside and bandar tech on the other side.. but there is a price to pay to enjoy these amenities..

Access is good, upgrading trunk road, direct to NS highway and straight road to KL..
Riding on near by township Seri Putra and Bukit Mahkota, surrounded by coming MahSing SouthVille, IOI Bandar Puteri and UEM Serene Heights.. A small road behind possible linking to EcoHill passing by Serene Heights (UEM)..

But of course, Transloyal brand doesnt smell as fragrant as SPS..

Isnt it faster to go through silk passingby twin palm and come out from batu11, direct connect to grand saga?.. y pass by saujana? Silk has 3 highway u know?

I disagree spending 2 hours to reach KL.. using lekas to reach silk/grand saga interchange at batu 11 takes less than half an hour..

From cheras batu 11 to kl wont take you 2 hours to reach.. itd just a matter paying more toll

What I comment about prop bubble has nothing to do with telling you the fastest route from SEH to KL.. my initial post to you is just pointing to you that you can use silk, exit at batu 11 and get to KL.. I have no intention about saying good or bad about buying SEH, I am merely disagreeing taking 2 n half hours to KL... den you roti prata to me about toll and now bubble..
