The pricing in tropicana heights is to compete with kajang 2, nadayu 92, ttdi clove. All above rm700k region.

I have surveyed those area before plonking money onto semenyih as I believe it is better with a clean sheet of plan. Ecohills access and their landscaping wins hand down. Those kajang sites had bad access. Not fancy driving thru industrial or old taman.

I did check out jade hills but air pollution and staying near industrial area is a big no no for me. Just my opinion and no hard feelings towards those who vested interest in those areas. Cheers.

Where in KV you can buy a landed DS property for 408K + ?

( which is all sold and vacant wor) got notice bo.. as you pass forward.. saujana vil k a there opposite mcd.. anothet 20 minutes jam  wor.. traffuc lights.. all the way till 90 cent toll.. so in total.. just to reach kl to work how long..

I safely guess petrol itself easily cost RM600.00 plus toll? Or even more.. how much SEH investors want to sell.. cheapest DS 450 k.. I tink you guys sure goreng and try selk at least 530k.. if not sure rugi.. I know.. u guys want to sell upto 750k at least when completion.. right..

Kindly let us know how much u paying for toll... lekas upcoming.. grandsaga exit batu 11.. then phonix toll.. mind tell us how much ah toll for 2 ways and petrol.. and 1 hour can reach klcc bo... time bro s I nething cant be compensated..

Bear bear gor maybe don know how to use the waze to chose the best route to avoid jam and toll...

Normally waze traffic calculation is quite accurate and it show about 1hour only frm kl to semenyih, the worst also about plus minus 15 minutes....

This is consider very good oledy......i travel back mont kiara during peak hour frm kl area also take about 40min to 1hour la....

Not like bear gor say need to use 2hours plus to back frm kl to semenyih....maybe bear gor chose the most jam route...haha....
