No way....BTW, I arrive back in my office already....today all the way to KL and back also rain...rain...rain..nothing but rain...

BUT, it was a nice experience....Now I know where reaper stay and his parents very friendly and nice....Although they thought I was driving Saga but instead I brought my Triton monster up to KL....feel so good as no one dares to cilok or cut Q in front of me and automatically give way on the fast lane....but my 2 butt cheek and left peha very tired....because MT....

Got lost a little bit finding 3Max factory but found it anyway...I took a walk in their factory....don't look like some high tech factory but the stuff they made are good stuff because can see some stuff they finish and put there nice quality. Met with the PIC and exchange the item on behalf of Mahihi....buy me some treats from Penang Mahihi...Hahahahahaha...The PIC was friendly too....ask about my car and when is the race...she mention we were the 1st batch and feel so happy.....I told her will test the bar on coming race....

Collected your sticker wkwong91 please bank in money to reaper before collect from me. Thank you.....

Oh they found the solution to further delay the DbW? whistling.gif Sorry but to tell, it's the clutch that causes the jerk. The only remedy is to tune the throttle to close slower, more fuel injected to avoid clutch kick back that may cause engine stall/jerk whistling.gif Try a Hongda Shitty DSi and see, you're going to curse GaGa why same CVT so much different yawn.gif

Flash lan lar sleep.gif Do u have that slow down, but car jerk plobrem? No rite?! whistling.gif Morning their car will choke until engine stall, but yours never happen rite? The most you felt sluggish and late shifting oni yawn.gif Sei sohigh only will believe Punch's lies. Best part is, prolly Plotong also admit it their firmware not competitive enough(never thought the engine management was running fine on Persoga/BLM/FL 4AT). Punch's line is always blaming Plotong engine management incompatible geh, which is truth. 1 can't treat a CVT like 4AT fuel control, unless they further delay the throttle response, or electronically control a vacuum generator, something like FICD to maintain certain amount of vacuum(throttle angle) to prevent the car from stalling.

I'm not aware of the DBW thingy. Only asked them about the morning cold start and normal startup during the day.

QUOTE
Indeed Saga 1.6 CVT is having some issue on cold start and it happened to almost all Saga1.6.What Proton Service Centre told you is true. They are waiting for a new ECU Calibration to eliminate this issue.I will try to get info from Proton R&D about this issue. Will let you know once I get feedback from them.

For your inquiry about this is the characteristic of CVT,the answer is no.It's not related to CVT at all.Due to engine is unstable, engine will stall during clutch engagement.

i agree with eugene91. my saga flx se need to wait almost 2 minute before start driving in cold morning. if not, engine feel like somebody put wet mask on your nose. and after 5k services, my car seems like i am driving using SAT mode, eventhough i already depress the sat button.

The unstable RPM issue during coldstart doesn't happen during clutch engagement, it happens the moment you shift into D/R but your foot still on the brakes (clutch is still open).

That means when your shift into D/R the ECU already go crazy, no need to wait til clutch engagement.

Deswai I think it's not a CVT or TCU issue.

You mean rev match, heel n toe izit? double clutching is mostly those bus or truck drivers do when hard to engage gear...due to unsynchronized manual transmission.....cars now all have syncros on MT....

It's hard for me to explain how much the RPM to hit before you release the clutch.....rev match is done mostly when you down shift and don't want the car to jerk forward so much due to the change in gear and to help you stay within the power band smoothly.....and reduce the wear and tear on the transmission.

All I can say is practice makes perfect....
